VPS Service Policy

Last updated: January 2026

1. Service Description

HostDeck Store provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting. Each VPS is a virtualized server with dedicated CPU, RAM, NVMe storage, bandwidth and network resources as specified in the selected plan.

2. Provisioning

After successful order processing, your VPS is provisioned and you receive the relevant configuration and setup information according to the selected service. Deployment time may vary depending on the plan, operating system and current infrastructure capacity.

3. Unmanaged Service

Our VPS plans are unmanaged. You have full control over the server and are responsible for its configuration, maintenance, security and the software you install. We provide documentation and support resources to assist you.

4. Resources and Fair Use

Each plan includes defined CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth and network resources. You agree to use your VPS in a manner consistent with fair use and not to consume resources in a way that negatively impacts other customers or the infrastructure.

5. Operating Systems

A range of Linux distributions and Windows Server editions are available. Operating system availability may vary by VPS plan and deployment location.

6. Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade to a higher-tier plan when your requirements change. Contact support to arrange an upgrade. Downgrades are subject to availability and may be processed at the next billing cycle.

7. Backups

As the VPS administrator, you are responsible for your own backup strategy. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your data off the VPS.

8. Service Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance may be performed with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service for non-payment, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or other legitimate reasons. You may cancel your service in accordance with the terms of your order.
